This project focuses on making medical information simple, accessible, and personalized for patients, especially those with chronic conditions. I designed a digital platform that guides users step-by-step through their health journey, offering information in short, easy-to-understand sections. Users can customize the content length, font size, and format—like text, visuals, or videos—based on their preferences or they can ask app bot. By addressing the gaps in how people understand their conditions after doctor visits, this solution empowers users to make better decisions about their health and manage their treatment with confidence.
